I was ripping my blaster it was running crispy since February when I rebuilt it and today I was riding and it started bogging and bogged out and won't start I checked the plug it was black and kinda burnt not much tho and I put the new plug in and it almost started then died again now won't start I have 115 psi for compression and no leaks any ideas?

I'm gonna have to check my reeds how do I set my floats ? I have a new carb i bought recently but I don't know how to set floats and dual stroke I was actually gonna rebuild it anyways I ordered a oversized piston on Saturday and I just have to bore my cylinder

If you rebuilt it in February and it needs to be rebuilt in March, something is wrong. If your jetting is correct, motor is leak free and you use quality oil you should get years out of your topend.

Where were you riding, was it rocky?

It has been known for a rock to hit the crankcase and crack or puncture it.

It could pay to leak test the engine.

Found the problem. Bad reed pedal the thing was pushed in all the way. So i threw new ones in and it started first kick and boy the thing rips better than it ever did the powerband is very intense. Thanks for the support guys :):D
