blaster seems to be locked up

I bought a blaster from a guy that he said was locked up, for laughs when I got home I put in 6th gear and freed right up. Tweaked carb a little ran great. Went to start again and won't budge. Won't budge in gear rolling around. Any ideas or think it's locked up?

take the exhaust off and look up at the cylinder for damage.
take flywheel cover off look for damage.
taking spark plug out will help with trying to rotate it
but something is locking up....
