i just rebuilt my 2000 blaster and took it easy for about a tank of gas to break it in and this week i went a starrted it and it ran perfect then shut it off and later that day started it again and it was fine then i took like a 20 min break and filed the tank with 89 mixed 32 to 1 and i have ben running it on 87 mixed at 32/1 it will not start now i checked the carb it was clean and i changed the plug and will still just spitter and sputer but will not start could it be because i put the 89 in it ?????????any other help would be great too thank you :-/

I would check for good spark. If that's good, check the reeds next. I would also do a compression and leak down test to see condition of motor.
Did you leak test the motor after rebuild?
Did you perform heat cycles and a retorque of head and jug bolts before you rode it.

there are no mods and i did no leak test but it ran fine i rebuild it and rode it at least 4 hrs already and rean perfect
Take advice from a silly old fart and do a leak down test, you will not regret it.
Have you retensioned the head and jug, it is important to do this, it is too late now to heat cycle it.

Are there reed stoppers on your reed block, a common problem for broken reeds is that without stoppers they bend sharply at the base , not wrap around the radius of the stopper.
