Well, i got my frame back from the powdercoater, so I figured I'd post up a few pics as I started to reassemble it.

nope, I sent the whole motor off to precise polishing last winter and had them do it. Now I just spend an hour or two whenever it needs it to keep it shining
 
they did a pretty good job. The cases cost me $185, clutch cover was $40, i think and the head and cylinder were $225 plus shipping out there. They're pretty quick too. Turn around was about 2 weeks
 
I admire your ability to polish. I could never sit down and polish my kickstarter like you did. I thought your pics were very impressive
