Blaster "R"... time to make a mutt.

Hey guys im new to site as this is the first blaster i've owned. I've owned 4 honda 250Rs in my past 88trx, 87trx, 2- 86ATC's. and now i just came acrossed another ATC that was wrapped around a tree. Long story short i picked up rolling blaster frame and box full of crap that came with it like 6 months ago and have now decided to move forward with the build. i've already rebuilt the R motor to a 289 and will drop specs on that later. anyways since the only yamaha i have ever owned is an 07r6 i have NO F*ing clue as to what i should be looking for as far as a blaster build goes. Doing most the build on research from the site and web, but will definetly be asking some questions and looking for advice. thanks a ton and will have pics up as the build begins.

Welcome! Sounds like a great project. I like Yamahas to stay Yamahas but a 250 that is counterbalanced is a good idea. I:I I like hybrids & lotsa pictures Be watchin your build.
