i just figured out that it is a 2 stroke. omg i feel dum. the guy i bought it from said he put an oil block off kit on it. so nope its not a two stroke or else you would need to mix oil with the gas
Here lies the problem, you misunder stood the guy that it was bought from, oil block off means no lubrication entering the engine.

The engine would run quite happily on plain fuel until the lubrication in the crankcase was depleted, it would then start to rattle.

You then made the mistake of not stopping to investigate the problem, but pinned the throttle regardlessy and totally destroyed what remained of a possible repairable engine.

A 2 stroke with the oil injection blocked off needs to have fuel mixed with some oil to lubricate the whole engine.

The reason that the kickstart will not go down is because the engine is acting just like a solid lump of scrap metal which will not revolve.

I am and many other members of BF would be more that happy to answer any questions that you have, but may I ask you to phrase them in a civil manner, otherwise they will be ignored.

So just what are your concerns?

That's a nice quad. But if you ride a 2 stoke on paved road it's very easy to mess it up and if that's the quad u. Payed for that nice I would find ever thing about it befor I road it 2 miles down the road. Becasue you must not no that much about four wheelers because a 2 stoke lover would no the sound it makes over a four stroke any day and would no she's like a sweet biotch and needs a lott. Of love and up keep

Ps if I won't kick you could have slowed some gears and like blaaster. Said locked it down. But sounds like so gears because it's not good to do fast down shifts on hard roads jars it pretty bad

his concerns are :
this is the same exact trolling you guys fail to recognize.
simple problem, argue for 10 posts, then say this forum sucks < his original intent here
yet you all continue to feed into it.

DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS :)

To me ignorance is not a sign of a Troll.

Often a good feed will calm a problem some dog.

I gave the benefit of the doubt!

If a problem is suspected there is a report button for that very reason.
