Blaster newbie carb question

Just bought my 1st quad and it runs like crap. It seems to be running rich, bogging down and will not idlle. Any ideas ?

Details on the quad would be great. year? brand new?

Sounds like it might need a good carb and air filter cleaning. Wouldnt hurt to pull the TORS off if its a blaster, along with the parking break.

adjusting your air and fuel mixture screws would help but only if you know whar your doing

all that and a new plug.. running rich will foul it

turn in the air screw to richen the mix at idle, turn it out to lean it. if all is stock go for about 1 1/2 turns out
