hello

i had a hid kit i want to use only one bulb
on a batery
but theres a problem
how can i recharge the batery on the bike while im driving?
and is this possible

you have to wire it up with the stator. i know they make DC conversion kits for the banshee, look at those. there cant be much if any difference between what you have do to make it work.

The right way to do it is to have someone rewire your stator and float the ground. Then you can get a rectifier and run that and the ground from the stator to the battery, then wire in your HID kit.

buy a dc rectifier at radioshack and connect the ac off the stator to it and the negative to ground. the ballast can just connect right off the rectifieror you could do what im doing and add a battery with it
