blaster exhuast

i bought a used blster and the motor is in the shop now so im just trying to fix up last minute sh*t before it gets back so hopefuly ill be riding, but now i notice that where the exhaust pipe connects to the silence(all stock) there isnt anything bolts or i dont even no what would connect the two togeather but theres just like a thing around the pipe with two spots for a two bolts but theres no bolts in it how does it bolt togeather cause there aint nothing there. please help

Should be a a rubber type sleeve that goes over where the pipe and silencer connect. Then there is two hose clamps to hold it in place.
