My yamaha bladter 200 i rebuilt but when I took the exhaust off it sounds like Theres somthing inside the exhaust the one coming from motor ?

Its stock pipe isn't it? There is a baffle inside that breaks free an rattles around in there, sounds like hotwheels car in the pipe. If im correct either by new pipe or cut yours open an remove then weld shut

It's the stock pipe and yes it sounds like there's almost a whole phone in there and it seems like it doesn't have half the power my friends does ? Also for some resin my carb leaks gas even after a carb rebuild ? It's like it floods out and shuts off also? And I have the oil injector on it and when j pull the carb off after getting it started the is smoke and oil coming out of the reeds ? And would you happen to know the adjustments for the carb ? Like the Jets and carb top air screw things like that ? I'm kinda new to theses

Did you replace the needle and seat and set the float level.

Idle adjusting.

Set float level, make sure that all jets are clean and fuel flows freely from the float bowl drain when the screw is cracked open.

Start with air screw 1.5 turns out.

Set idle screw so that it has some sort of idle. With TORS it is the big screw under seat on top of unit. With no TORS is is the brass screw midway down carb body.

Warm up motor and then set idle screw for a faster idle, 2000rpm+

Adjust air screw either way to get the fastest idle.

Adjust air screw a little at a time leaving 10 secs or until the motor responds.

Re adjust idle screw for desired idle .
