I have a 2006 blaster with a vitos 240 kit full fmf exhaust air box lid removed v force 4 reeds and tore's removed from electrical harness. Every so often when I'm on it at full throttle it bogs and cuts out. Feathering the throttle does nothing. After a min of the bike sitting I kick it over like nothing happened and can ride for 1/2 hr to an 1 hr before this happens again. Any idea

Check/clean all connections. Ohm check stator, coil, plug boot both cold and warm. Especially if you can test right after it shuts down. Really sounds like an electrical component that malfunctions when hot then works when cool.
Check all grounds, especially coil mount. Maybe even check that stator plate is tight and has no corrosion on it or eng case under it.
Carry a spare plug and do a spark test as soon as it stops, don't even have to pull plug to do it.

could be electrical..
could be fuel related...floats might be getting stuck, not allowing fuel in carb bowl,
compression test if you can.
ngk b8es plug?
is it oil injected or are you pre-mixing?

Intermitent problems are the worst.

The last thing you chec k/fix will be the problem.:D

Fuel tank vent open/clear?
Tank cap open?
Pet weiner/ tank clean?
Float height?
Float needle valve/seat?
Carb vents?
Check/clean all electrical connections, switches, grounds. Diamond bit in Dremal works great for cleaning. Remove any black/green crud. http://www.harborfreight.com/50-piece-diamond-rotary-point-set-69665.html

Or even some sand paper/emery cloth.
Check/clean/bypass switches.

As mentioned, stator plate to engine corrosion.
Ohm stator,pick-up coil, ing coil, plug cap (seperatly, 5k)
trim 1/4" from coil wire before re-installing plug cap. Nice fresh, clean wire.
Di-electric grease is highly recomended on all electric connections, maybe even between stator plate and engine case. prevents corrosion, water intrusion.

Check/clean/tighten ALL ground points, especially CDI and coil. Highly recomend running seperate ground from coil back to engine, nice heavy wire, 16/14/12ga, chunk of heavy speaker wire. Steel (frame) is a poor coductor of electricity.

New plug??
