My blaster is idleing to the moon, isn't there suppose to be a screw here?

if u are still using the TORS, then no.

I dont have TORS. So if that screw is missing, would it make it idle high?

i think thats where the idle screw goes, when you get a tors removal kit, but you have to drill and tap it first, so it shouldnt be open to the inside now, have you had it apart lately??? maybe have the slide in wrong, or might need cleaned and check for air leaks too

Put your finger over it and see if it changes. if not its either a leaky intake gasket, a ripped boot, or crank seals.
