My son brought home a 89 basket case Blaster. I overhauled the engine, piston, rings, seals, crankbearings, gaskets, etc. We had the engine started one time and it sounded good. I do not think the spark is hot enough? I am not a two stroke mechanic by a long shot but do understand the principle. (Diesel is my preference) I have tried different spark module's, coils, etc. (used) this may be my problem? Any help appreciated.

well first you have to break it in otherwise if you dont and you ride it hard you can damage the engine. Is there any trouble starting it? other than that if it starts fine you should be good to go
