Blaster bad power at high rpms

i have a 1996 blaster and it pulls great and runs strong but once u get into the higher rpms of first, second, and third mostly, it just like has no power. kinda lke its runnin the choke. I beleive it as after market reeds but thts it. stock carb, pipes, everything.. the guy before me said he took is performance pipe off before he sold it. so idk. ive been told maybe its the reeds, jetting? i have no idea... pleez help.. thankss

could still be jetted for the pipe.checked your plug easiest way to tell if its running rich or not.

airbox lid on or off? see what size main jet it has, then we can tell you what to do

he probably had it jetted for the new pipe.
try taking the lid off the box and see if that helps

i took the lid off and it did help alot. i will look and see the jet size ASAP thanks for the help

You will eiether have to run it with the lid off or put the stock jet size back in
