Here's some clips of my LTR and Blaster, wanted to try out my new HD Hero. For you guys that hate the four strokes, the blaster footage starts a couple minutes in. Nothing really special, mainly was learning how the cam worked. Also note, I run something over with the Blaster, I think it was a fox, but I'm not sure. I went back and looked, but I couldn't find it 8-|

Thanks, I like the go pro alot, my only beef so far is the battery life. Other than the first two clips, those were the trails behind my house. The first two clips in the mud were taken at Lost Trails in PA. I had roughly an hour worth of footage, but 99% of it had a big ol glob of mud right on the lens. It was a mess for sure, but a great place to ride. I can't get enough of the mx track there. Good eyes blaster01, after further examination, I think your right that it was a rabbit. Poor bugger, lol.

That's some good quality footage! Very nice man, the HD looks great. Play with different mounting locations, so far my favorite is on the nerf bars with the front wheel in view. I went with the wide angle non HD, which is nice but takes some getting used to. Whatever you do, don't go thinking it's a good idea mounting it underneath the quad. :D It could hit something.

Ouch!!! Did it do any damage to the cam? That's a cool angle though, I like how you can see the suspension do its thing. How did you mount it? I have the motorsports package with the suction cup thingy and the adhesive pads.

It broke the case, which is about $30 for a replacement. I mounted it upside down from one of the frame rails, but didn't think it was hanging THAT low. Once on my computer I flipped it using some video editing software.

For mounting I bought the mounts that clamp to bars. It comes with all sorts of elbows and parts to catch any angle. Go to a hardware store and buy some friction tape, which is like a sticky fabric tape that you can make a few wraps around the mounting point. This way when you mount the camera you don't have to crank down on the plastic clamp and it still won't slip.
