Building My Blaster This Winter And I Was Wondering What Easy Cheap Mods I Can Do. As Of Now I Have V Force Reeds, Fmf Pipe, Weisco Crank And Rod, And Just Sent In Jug To Get Freshened Up Also Ordered New Weisco Top End Kit. The Guy I Bought It From Also Said It HAd Aftermarket Gears In It. Wondering If This Is True Or Not And What They Might Be, Looks To Me There Is A Freshish Gasket Between The Cases.

unless they guy can prove the gears are special, I would say he was blowing smoke.

There should be no gasket between the cases only a light smear of sealing compound.

But maybe you talk about the transmission casings.

Thats what i ment was a thin coating if seal or something. don't really want to port the head on intake side but thinking about porting the exhaust any suggestions?
