Big Bore Question

Ok guys so i got the big bore kit i ordered and it came with the piston, gaskets and a cylinder sleve (Here In Lies the Problem) The Piston Wont Fit In The Sleeve!! Is This How Everyone Got Their BB kit Or Is The Sleeve Supposed To Come Machined Allready? If Its Not Will They Machine It If I Send The Jug To Summit Off Road?? Anybody Done This Before??

The sleeve does not come finish fit for the piston. It has to be bored and honed to match.

The machine shop is going to charge you to finish it but it can be done.

Yulp.....sleeve needs "pressed" into place within the cylinder then bored to the spec size of the provide piston.

We don't press them in. We bore the cylinder, heat it up and drop the sleeve in. We also pin the top of the sleeve, bore the cylinder and match the ports.
