Ok guys thanks for any help you could ever give
ok i was riding and it randomly lost power so i towed it home and it had a bad plug
replaced it and it smokd like crazy
replaced the rings and piston
stock bore
got it togeateher and still didnt work right
cleaned carb completely
took it back apart new piston cracked
was told i had to have it bored
got it bord ike small, 0.002 over i think and the right bore piston and everything
didnt work right again
it wouldnt kick start but would run when i pop started it
and wouldnt idle
so i ripped it apart again
the new bored jug and piston the side of the cylinder wall got a huge scratch
i was getting 30 pounds of compression and that explains it

its got a huge scratch in the piston wall and pistion thats why i have 30 but a new piston cracked within 5 min, got it bored with a new piston and tht got mesed up, im using the injection pump
 
thats your problem, rip that sh*t off, the little gear thing isnt spinning and your not getting any oil the motor, its basically only getting straight gas, so get the injector off and premix
 
sounds to me like your oil injection gave out. plastic parts in teh pump supposedly fail after a while. i have personally never had it happen but have heard of others having the problem. try getting it all back together and running a tank of premix through it for break in. mix it a little heavier than the 32:1 for the first tank or two to ensure plenty of lube in there. after your second tank or so it should be ready for a plug change and the regular 32:1 ratio of gas.

thanks guys and i thought it went down normally, but i only ran it for like 5 min before i lost allmy compression, whats better and cheaper , blocking off, reboring and new pistion, or diff motor
 
its never happened to me because i removed that oil sh*t right after i got it and started mixing so it wouldnt stop working and get f*cked up
 
DT200 motor would be nice if you could get a cheap one..but if you can't youre better off to just do the blockoff and rebuild man..
 
wait, are you even doing a break in process after each rebuild? you said the piston broke after 5 mins of runing it. are you sure your doing everything right? you oiling everything up with 2 stroke oil(the same stuff u put in your oil injection tank) just coat everything especially the cylinder wall with oil, not to much but enough it doesnt wreck sh*t the first time you start it.
