I just dont understand what happened to him. I had 3 transactions with him. 2 went well and he made the other one right after about 2 weeks. He sent me some cases that had a crack in them. He just took some money off the next part and it went well. Hate to see this happen!

Good,Im glad he is getting annoyed. Don't stop calling him.Keep calling him and get him to send money back or send the shocks.Obviously he has no intentions of sending shocks if there listed on ebay. Don't sit back and pin your tail between your legs. Keep on his ass so he sends them. My next move is to start calling after midnight till 6 am.
I agree. Don't be sorry for bothering him! Tell him the phone calls will stop when you receive shocks or money.

yes, i turned it over to my local law enforcement a week ago, and he has been trying to contact jay, but told me last night that i will have to take it up with police in west virgina because jay wont answer his phone.
so i need to call WV police today and turn him in there.
