What's going be the best bet on sprocket size I have stock now but have a 14t on the shelve. Do I need to change the rear sprocket also? What's best suggestions please!

Motor bored 40 over fmf full exhaust, boysen power reeds, + 4 timing advance, mild port & polish and +3 stroker kit.

It depends on what you want to get out of it, high speed or lots of power. In any case sprockets and chain should changed as a set

You will find that you have the power to pull the 14 for a little extra speed, but do not just throw it on without replacing the rear sprocket and chain.

Tbrooks nailed it when he said change them as a set otherwise your old chain will chew up the new sprocket and possibly break the chain!

What about a 14/39 set up? I'm not good with the math that goes with this. Would that work out mess my gearing up? Or 13/38? Just need some ideas of what works best.

Kinda in the middle I don't care so much bout top end I like alot of mid range power. By the way I got 20in tires!

Rear tire size also comes into play.

Type in gearing calculator in the search option.(The little magnifying glass looking thing)

You can go down to a 38 on a stock hub. Anything smaller requires either a 88-89 banshee hub or a yamaha splined hub with honda sprocket bolt pattern made by Lonestar racing.

What is the best exhaust to go with over got full fmh now?

Whatever mods, exhaust, sprockets, carb you use really depends on what type of riding you do, which you still have yet to tell us of. We could tell you the perfect setup for mx, but it wouldn't be very good for trail riding, and vise versa

Stick with your FMF exhaust system. They work great over all, and fit great. Concentrate on other things like porting and a head re-chambering.
