So i am trying to build best engine for raciing on the track not drag race.

I want to put Complete CT 240 sonic kit, CT pipe w/silencer, +4mm Crank.

What do you think i should add to the engine?

if u do a bigbore and stroker u wont be racin other blasters and 300s more like 400's...

That's the deal, you need to find out what the rules are where you'll be racing and build to those rules. Make sure you look at the age of the riders as well.

well i am building this Blaster to ride myself at my country fields :D

i don't have any requirement i just want very fast race track quad :)

^^^^^yup yup fer sher...make sure you get some good ass suspension on that biotch...some tires, air box, a new clutch...

so i take it money is no object right??

3mm Stroker, have Flotek port the jug from a Vitos big bore kit, ensure you run a quality forged piston but watch your compression. Anything too high and you will pop the motor. Have Flotek mill the head. 35 mm K. carb will give you better bottom end but may be an overall power loss. Get a quality airbox from Project blaster and make sure you run Vforce reeds. Finally, finish off with an F7 pipe and can. Running race fuel will be expensive so consider this when you have Dennis work the squish on the head. Party on! If you do the right weight reduction you will be very fast. Checkout you tube there is a blaster that runs almost every type of manufactured bike available, down!

LA sleeve sells the CT cylinder in a 200cc version also,it comes with a plated bore...

the ct sonic kit is a great kit and it has everything that you will need except the airbox adapter, new stronger clutch, and there is more power to be had with additional porting if you find it necessary. Denny @ Flotek likes the ct/la sleeve kit and i would not get the head milled, just have it worked over when you have the cylinder setup for the stroker. Also i doubt that the f7 is a better pipe than the ct pipe. with that kind of power on a stock blaster you will learn throttle control. the least that i would do is make sure that your brakes are in good order, get some good tires, and work on getting some good shocks.

the f7 and ct pipe are made by power pros. so there the same. btw this post thread is almost a year old.
