Banshee Rear Hubs?

I was reading a thread a few days ago, about putting banshee hubs on a blaster axle? What I wanted to know if it works? It wold be nice to know so I don't have to rip my wife's bike and My bike apart. I will just get a used set of banshee hubs from e-bay. I have 2 sets of stock wheels for my Shee.
