banshee jetting question???

alright im startin to think there is a bigger problem with my shee now. ive changed my pilot to a 35 and the main to a 360 an well the pinging went away but it still wont even drive. as soon as u start to take off in first the engin will start going then it bogs an tries to die. then if you do get it moving in first u can only go a lil less then 1/4 before it cuts out an tries to die. then sometime even then it will stop firing on 1 cylinder... im startin to think maybe i need to go back to dual carbs.. this single carb is startin to piss me off really really bad... i about to just take it to a damn shop to fix it. ive never had this many problems with my old shee.

1. could it mean that my pilot jet still isnt big enough??? idles best at 1 turn

2.could my main be to small also or maybe to big???

3.could it be my exhaust since the mufflers have no packing in them???

4.could my airjet that then main screws into be to small???

5.could maybe the needle be effecting that much???

6.could my timing be off????

im just so lost now an wanna ride her since ive never got to
 
what does the plug look like?
check to make sure you dont have an air leak
check your pick up gap
check your spark plug gap
make sure you have good spark on both plugs.
is your exhaust plugged up.
 
Ok so I have discovered that I do have an adjustable needle an its set right in the middle. What way do u think I should move the clip up to lean it or down to richen it?? I'm also gonna buy some new plugs also changin my oil again

2) what color are the old plugs
3) make sure everything is clean and in working order
4) shave the mohawk

1) got new plugs in now
2)didnt get to look cause my buddy threw them in his dumpster before i got there which really pissed me off
3)cleaned everything again
4)mowhawk has been gone since jan of this year lol
5)couldnt get any findings cause right when i was hooking back up my carb the throttle cable snapped :(

so now i need to find another throttle cable for a single carb with twist throttle. i cant remmber which one it was. i was thinkin it was the blaster cable with tors removed for twist throttle :(
 
yea i know :( so im not :)

just got off the phone with jeff from fast an he told me to move down a clip on the needle. an then we can go from there.. for the cable ill have do some research to find one i guess lol
