banshee headlights

i dont know, but arnt they kick start, if they are kick start it must be a 6v system, if its electric start then it must be a 12v system. i converted my system to 12v with a lawnmower battery under the seat-look on my profile to see the picture posted. but yea i did all that so the lights dont flicker when idleing and i can turn them on when the quad isnt running.

THAT IS BADASS PLEASE POST A DIY! oh yeah 2stroke4life please include pictures of it pleaseee it sounds like a great idea! oh btw check out my peg mod while ur in the DIY section would u.

the blaster is a 12volt system, according to the manual.

the headlight, tail light, and oil light call for a 12v bulb.

headlight = 45w
tail light = 3.8w
oil light = 7.5w

by removing the tail light or oil light, i would suspect you could use a 50w headlight without problems.... and that is what i am doing.

i bought some fog lights... also called "driving lights" or "off road lights" from Wal-Mart for $14.88 for a pair. they are 12v 50w ... i have two connected to battery with 20w lights, and one powered by the magneto at 50w...

this allows me to have lights from the battery when the motor is off... and provides CRAZY lighting for night riding. i can see everything. just remember to direct it slightly towards the ground as to not blind your fellow riders.
