mine wouldnt center right without the shee hub but i used a newer carrier too so that might have made a diffrence

If you look at the differences of the two hubs one has a bigger area the bearing sits on. the stock is smaller and rides on the bearing funky, it might mess the bearing up the way I looked at mine. It will be only like 1/2" off center but that's enough to be worth a $10 hub IMO. Looks good though, whatever works for you.
like i said.. i gonna be going riding today, so im bringing toolswith just in case. and if i get any issues ill swap my stock axle back in.. 1/2 diff you say??
