Bad reeds/r these boysen?

I was told that my blaster has boysen reeds in it they still look good I just don't no how to tell if they stock or not?i screw heads r striped on the reed cage so I believe Someone change them and use a drill lol.also on side of cage ha gold color on it other side is fade like someone sand it down.it also has a few small gashes in the Side that has been sanded.they still work fine I just hope they don't leak I just put a new top end gasket kit on it so it should be fine?but how can I tell if there stock or boysen?and r boysen and v force reeds better?

If you post a pic of them we should be able to tell what they are and in my opinion the vf4 and vf3 just cost too mutch the money that you save by not buying them you could put towards a head mod and porting I have boysen dule stage pro reeds in my bike and I like them better than stock the main thing you nottice with reeds is a crisper throttle responce

I guess that you are aware that you need to heat cycle and re tension the head and jug bolts.
