No fines. Just a warning saying we're logged. But they even listed the exact torrent name and every file in it. We stopped using torrents until recently. And I only use them in worst case scenarios. I have... other ways.

I've heard of people that get police showing up at their doors and getting sued out the ass for stuff like that. I'm always nervous about torrents, but I've never gotten in trouble.

you dont need solid works to animate, you can do it in Inventor 2012, and its much easier. Plus i do all my animations in 3ds Max..

as for my copy of Inventor 2012, its in tpb.org along with almost anything.. not that i got it there 8-|

If you go to the autodesk website, they will let you download any software for free as long as you sign up as a student and have a viable email address.
