how much powder in pounds does it take to do a quad frame, a arms, swing arm and other misc parts

im ordering powder for the same things u mentioned and the powder coater said 10lbs is more than enough

so 5lbs wont be enough for just that frame....as i remember right you cant do the a arms so is 5 lbs enough for just the frame
