My whole F'n motor is crap.
We knew we needed a top end and crank/rod.
The stator sheared the key, but looks intact and OK. Like to know how that happened and if they sell a two key stator.
Then comes the fun, right about where the counter balancer is closest to the crank chamber there is a hole, maybe half a dime or less. It was big enough to feed a sh*tpile of the piston into the counter balancer which promptly fed it to the gears which gobbled it up.
One of the towers on the clutch basket was also broken, which explained the mush and chatter of the clutch.
My weekend just took a crap.
Anyway, anybody know of a fair source for motors? Closer to Raleigh, N.C. the better.
'splains why she wouldn't restart, duh. Should of known I'd never get lucky. Rotten place for a hole, no way to see it without splitting the case. Also 'splains all the dam oil in the exhaust.
