I have a blaster. And its not going anywhere being I scored the Cylinder trying to put a new top end kit in. I'm not to good at this blaster stuff so I'm asking you pros. What should i get if I'm gonna put a big bore in it? I think I,m getting a 240 big bore kit. What else do i need to make it run its best when that happens. I currently have a full toomy pipe on it but i have an Fmf too. Witch one should i put on. Do i have to get new reeds and stuff too? I know i have to re-jet the carbs but i don't really know what that means either. i need help.

Port and polish gives the most bang for your buck. Like everybody else said, you'll need a new carb. In reality the stock carb is barely big enough to feed the stock motor.
If your not getting a new pipe use the toomy. but a good pipe for that would be a f7 or a dynoport high volume trust me the fmf just don't cut it. It's killing my power right now
