My name is Bill and I ride a Blaster. Been a member for awhile, but like most forums don't post much. I've been into Blasters for about 12 years. I've had 7, Brother has had 2(still has one), and Dad has had one. I've been a member of many Blaster forums starting with Blaster Central and BlasterHQ. Probably no one from here remembers Blaster Central other than maybe Phragle. You had to be 18 to join and fax your drivers license to prove it. I've seen, read, and done alot about/to Blasters over the years.
Mine was originally set up for MX as a 96 for 6 years raced off and on. Last 4years has been set up the way it is for XC and raced a few times. Blaster is probably done racing till my 9 year old is ready for youth class. He is in his second year of racing XC on his 90.
Worked for years in a car restoration/custom shop and now back to job I started out being a in home TV repair tech. Like to be out in the garage working on something, usually its nothing of my own. Have built my own swingarm(trenga copy) and started on my sons 90. Raising (1 1/2") and reinforcing his skid, recently making his stem antivibe and working on a chopped and sectioned PRM Blaster bumper to fit his Outlaw.
