now officially annoyed.

went down to bleed my brakes..

need a rebuild kit for master cylinder as been pumping lever for past 20 minutes and fluid won't go to calipers. (calipers been rebuild so can only leave master cylinder)

also put front rims on and now annoyed my rear tires have punctures(yes the both of them!) the tread is like new X(

its like $25 for the rebuild kit, and like $30 a tire to get them repaired!! so i can now say i am screwed. sold off everything i could to get the tires for front and get the calipers rebuilt. not getting pocket money as im 18 now., don't have anything else to sell to get money plus every job im looking i need some licences which are more money!!

decided to come up from my garage as i know i would of done something i would of regretted.

try bleeding the master by cracking the banjo bolt right at the master, front masters are known to air lock, bleed it just like a bleeder, pump, crack blanjo, close banjo, release lever, repeat until fluid comes out.
then allow them to gravity bleed for a while with both bleeders opened, close bleeders and then the bleed at the calipers.

of course.... after you've calmed down some I:I

thanks man, yeah won't be back down until tomorrow lol. just annoyed as my rear tires were fine then all of a sudden i go down and one if completely flat and other has small puncture.

how did they get puntcured if you haven't been riding it yet ?
tire plugs will work for small puntures, we all get them, it's the nature of the beast

not sure bud quad has been sitting in garage for past 6 or 7 months and they were fine. then went down tonight and noticed its completely flat. gonna check it tomorrow hopefully its not too bad as i dont have £80/$100 for tire lol

well looks like my rear tire just went flat with the weight thats been on it as quad has been jacked up for 7 months at the front. there doesn't look to be any holes or theres no nails. there is a couple of small cracks on the tread pattern but don't think it would make it go flat. gonna get it blown up and see if it goes flat again and how quick.

How about a little Green for cooling off and thinking about it. I:I

If it has no major holes or is leaking thru cracks consider SLIME . I actually got it to seal bad sidewalls from tires being flat for sooo long on Honda Foreman my son bought. I:I

haha cheers man and yeah my mate suggested that slime stuff as well i think it just needs blown up but il see tomorrow trying to find my torque wrench as i can't find the one with the numbers i need on it

You will get something sorted with the tyres even if u have to plug them or patch them we have put wheel barrow tubes in them to get them going for the weekend lol

haha!! first time iv heard that lol.. yeah man well im wanting out next weekend on these shocks so it will be getting sorted just hope my engine is behaving its self or i won't be going anywhere

for the tires try these Slime 1034-A T-Handle Tire Plug Kit : Amazon.com : Automotive

We use them on everything, fourwheelers, cars and trucks.

As for the brakes, im at a loss there sorry

cheers buddy and yeah think iv got brakes sorted just waiting on syringes coming just incase it doesn't work and i need to take the fluid back out as iv already lost about quarter of a bottle
