so ive had a problem with my piston seizing this happened twice within 2 months.it would run f-ing awesome and both times in 6th gear it seized.oil injection was removed but no lines were plugged.ive plugged them now(vitos block off kit) and went to a 240 jet should this more than likely solve my problem?heres a pic of my plug its a dark brown with a whitish dot

thats what i was thinking the nipple on the carb for oil injection wasnt plugged so i did that and went from a 230 main to a 240 now just gotta wait to get jug back and put betsy together see what happens
 
i dont know man im running a 300 main in my girls bike and its stock with a filter and fmf pipe..
im going to put a 290 in it cause its a bit rich.. the needle is in the middle
 
yea that looks a little lean. but if you are pretty much stock and you have a 240main then you should be good. i would replace all your gaskets when you put your motor back together. maybe you had a air leak.. but i would put some thing like a 260 in there to be on the safe side.. what are you mixing your gas at?.
