Hey guys I was wanting to find out if there is an intrest in custom air box's? Im not trying to add these to my items for sale through my bussiness but rather building them as a favor to the Not-so-rich riders out there like myself. I have been working with a neighbor and we think it will be pretty easy to engineer some. Ive gotten a hold of about 30 yards of alluminum that were scraps off of a new major building built in downtown Indianapolis and would like to make the best use of it rather than taking it to the scrap yard. I also have access to a very large supply of uncoated carbon fiber and trying my hand at developing parts with it as well but much more complicated. I know the blaster racing scene has slowed down a lot with the young guns moving up and all but I am trying to appeal to others that dont necessarly race. Let me know or pm me.

Also if anyone has a good picture of how airscoops attach/install I would appreciate it. I know that they attach to the top shock mount but confused on the bottom. I bought some used ones online that were labeled as Project Blaster ones but now comparing these to their from their website, they dont match. these dont have the swirl effect added and are a different shape.

For the time and money involved just buy one for $100 bucks. To make them look nice you would need a few nice tools. Not just a vise and welder.lol I have a boat load of tools and do plenty of fabricating and I would not even bother unless they could be massed produced and sold many.IMO
