just as the title says. the boot no matter how hard i try will not go on all the way i can just get it on enough to make sure nothing goes into the intake
sounds like my lt, i loosen the bolts holding the air box on tighten the boot, than tighten the air box back down
need astro glide for the intake boot.. ky only works for the grips lol
idk man.. if you get get it on and tight that it wont suck anything in dont worry about it
can you move the carb towords it enough out of the reed boot with out riskin a leak there?
stock carb, stock intake ???????
if so, definately sounds like it is too far into the intake side
i have this problem with my sons blaster. What i do is install the carb into the intake first. tighten that down. then i put the air box boot on, dont leave it hooked on that little knob the the frame. if you unhook it from that it will give you like an extra 1/2 inch of play.
