Aftermarket reed spacer?

Hey guys, noe that im doing this top end rebuild ive been looking for more aftermarket parts, and i see that theres this red block

Is this a aftermarket reed spacer or is this stock?

thats stock just maybe a lil dirty its too thin to be a reed spacer thats the boot cage

Looks like the bolts have been winched down to tight, and unevenly, which could cause a major, expensive air leak.

Or has my flat screen got wrinkles in it?
