Recently bought a '91 blaster with toomey full exhaust, v-force reeds and toomey air filter installed. Redid brakes and clutch all around. Was riding one weekend and the throttle got stuck wide open and I killed the engine immediately after and unstuck the throttle. Ever since, the bottom end rpm dies. They only way she runs is keeping her in the top end but even then, shes sluggish. Smells like she might be dupmin to much gas into the engine at low rpms. What should I do? The carb still has the tors on it.

oh yeah, it also had a 315 jet originally ( the one in the bottom, in the bowl). I changed it to 220 and this still happens.

you should take a look at the tors and is your jetting correct?? that wouldnt cause that but it might contribute. btw welcome to the forum!!

Both the 315 and the 220 haven't changed the fact that its still boggin in the low end. Do you think a tors elminator might work? The stock main jet is a 230. Was thinking about even throwing a 13o someting in it. She's definietly dumping way too much gas in at the low end

ur main jet only affects 3/4 to wot....so forget changing ur main.....if it started probs after it stuck open i would say it is a TOR prob

uh yeah, I will definetly save the 100 smack and hour and eliminate it myself, ordered the motion pro eliminator. Sounds like this could be the problem. If it isn't I will be running this quad into the river and getting a Honda 250R.
