Yes and I couldn't of done it without you guys ! Now I just want to confirm jetting and to get the most out of the quad. Not to mention it's totally leak free which is a plus and all I have to say is I haven't gotten the full potential out of the motor sense I bought the motor off my buddy. Took alot of work and money to make sure everything is right but it's fast! Fmf pipe with toomey silencer, 3mil crankshaft, new billet clutch.. can't wait to see what porting and head modIfication will do :p
 
Wanted to update for everyone and maybe people in the future who are having bog problems.... my bog is gone. My plug cap was bad, I had a spare ngk cap and bam starts first kick and no bog revs crispy !!! :D
Did you ohm cap, and if so what was value?
Also glad you got back with solution.


Was just wondering if you recently had a major temperature change.
 
Yeah they're quick with a pipe and jetted right...but these little bikes haul some a$$ when you get the porting and the head mod done . Hold on tight !!!
 
That's a good question...

Not much of a temp change but I plug chopped to confirm jetting. Also leak free and good compression. Results from this = clean strong running motor.

Was looking through the replies and the temperature thought had come to me, though obviously not the cause.

One thing I've never been able to wrap my mind around exactly, is why a 2s seems more sensitive to temps / elevation than a 4 choke.
