. Its got 160 psi compression, replaced the cdi now my sparks amazing. Took the whole harness off cleaned EVERY fitting. Its getting fuel, but it wont even start on pure starting fluid and a new plug. And I took the reeds out and there perfect. Stators good, even my dad couldnt get it started and with 30 years experience thats a big feat.its leak tested. Idk what to do. Im leaving for west virginia sunday so I need to get it running ASAP because I want to take it.

your problem is in your carb mine wont start unless you pick the front of the bike up untill gas comes out of the carb and then it starts first kick

Crack open the float bowl drain screw and see if you have a constant dribble of fuel.

Did you check the flywheel key?

Have you flooded it from too much kicking?

May pay to take it for a tow, but lay off the starting fluid as by now there may be no lubrication to the rings.

Oh yes the carb gets plenty of gas, flywheel key is good,I may have flooded it how should I fix that

Shut fuel off. Turn ignition off. Remove spark plug. Put in 5th or 6th gear and push around with with full throttle. That should pump any fuel in the crank case out.

Providing there is no crap hiding under the tank it should be fine.

You could always lodge a rag under there if you fear crap may get in.
