a must see

that first article is 2 years old, so i am guessing things may not have gone well, i dont think we will ever see a full production 2-stroke quad released again, i hope i have to eat my words later, but i doubt it

2-smokers arent dead yet, and i hope they make a comeback instead of being completely phased out.

You know at least something is going right in the 2-stroke world when Husaberg for 2011 finally STARTED making 2-strokes, where they were not selling them before, and Yammi and KTM keep holding strong.

The Two-Stroke Motocross movement seems to be gaining momentum, hopefully it keeps growing and the manufacturers that are not currently making 2Ts step back up

yea even though that first article is two years old i still recommend reading it theres alot of good interesting info its definitely worth your time reading

i emailed the guy from the second link about the 250cc two stroke quad engine asking for info and pics and this is what i got back

Hi James,

The 250cc engine is still under development at this stage, so I don’t have photos to send you. It only exists on the computer and will need to be CNC’d as a prototype before being tooled up for production.

We are also designing a V3 1500cc inline engine for longitudinal mounting in a large ATV. Again, that is some time away as both require Direct Injection, and that is our biggest project at the moment.

Just keep an eye on the website for updates.

Kind regards,
