A few questions

I'm looking at buying a diamond J widening kit, I was looking at the cheap shocks thread and was also thinking about putting YFZ450 shocks on my blaster. My questions about this kit is what would be which one +4.5 or +6?
Also to clear this up for me I would need a shock conversion kit with this diamond J widening kit to use YFZ450 shocks?


Also I was looking at an extended swing arm and was looking at the +3 or +4 which one would you recomend.

i have the +6 kit with the conversion and yfz shocks, but the +6 is adjustable to the 4.5 setting also, but u need the conversion kit to use yfz shocks, also go for the +4 swing arm,works great

If I go with the Diamond J kit +6 would I need longer tie rods?

No it comes with tie rod extenders but some people trust them and others dont

I think their site needs to have some better descriptions of what they're selling!

looking over their site, in terms of the blaster specifics, they do mention that the brake lines will be alright with drums, and maybe not with disc, but they mention nothing about the tie rods.....and tie rods are kinda important!!!

I do see that you're going to be getting more bump steer with this kit....but on a quad, how bad is it?? I have no clue, which is why I'm asking.

I don't see a sticky that explains suspension/steering geometry.....yet. I do have autocad.....
