A bit of help please

AMSOIL is the best 2 stroke oil ive ran to date i absolutely love it!

As for your bore just spend 15 bucks in shipping and send it to ken oconnor!

Im not just saying this to jump on the band wagon you will be hard pressed to find a nicer more compitent guy when it comes to these engines! No way in hell would i send my jug to just any old run of the mill machine shop ive had some done locally that were done nice and correct but the guys were familiar with the engines and knew what to do.I dont know about your neck of the woods but carquest is where most of the guys fresh from school go so not that theyre not smart or anything its just most dont know the ins and ous that comes with time.

SEND IT TO KEN OCONNOR RACING I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I guess its all about what you prefer. I honestly see no point in sending a jug off to be bored and waiting around for it. Any well known performance shop near you will be able to do the same exact thing and the turn around time is faster. Im not going to knock kenocconer by no means, just saying in a few words its not rocket science

k so i had a good chat with the local guy who will bore my cylinder for me and he has had 10 yrs experience doing 2 strokes and knows the need to chamfer the ports...but alas this also came with bad news for me..he was saying he wasn't sure it would make the 68.25 it might be to worn to do so in some spots...but he said he will do a rough bore and see if it will work...if it doesn't any suggestions on what i should do? I found a new cylinder and head with a matched 68mm piston for around bout 350...or should i just look into getting a new sleeve? and also looking at repainting my blaster this winter...what temp range should i get the paint to for the engine it self? 800? 1500? not sure...and can someone please post a link to a good site for aftermarket parts for my blaster i seem to be having trouble finding one beside ebay.
