A Arm bushings

my upper a arm bushings are smoked. How the hell do i get the bushings out of the arms? :-/ X(

i'm wondering the same thing your telling me nobody knows how to remove these come on guys i know better than that

what i did was find something kind of like the shape of a arrow shaft and stuck it through one bushing till i hit the back of the opposite one and hit it with a hammer, pops right out.

A long punch and hammer works just fine. They are plastic or delron, and they slide right out easily.

Or put them in your PC oven and melt them out... But thats not recommended haha...<<<< found this out by experience
