i have a 98 blaster and i cant get it to idle. i tore the carb apart cleaned it all up. set the adjustment screw one top of the t.o.r.s and it still didnt help. It runs great besides not idling. Any Ideas?

have you set your air screw to +- 2 - 2 1/2 turns out? its on the side of the carb - a little brass screw. turn it all the way in and then back it out 2 turns or so.

it has a gold series fatty, fmf powercore 2 silencer, and its bored .20 over. it runs great, it just wont idle. i havent tried that but i did see the brass screw on the side you were talking about.

well can you get it to idle by turning the knob under the seat ontop of the carb? if so, set idling there, albeit a little fats, then turn the brass screw out and see if it makes a difference. try get to idle faster by backing out the brass screw then turn the idle down on the top knob.
yeah i messed with both those adjustments. im sure its something small wrong so ill just have to keep digging to find it.

it may be your TORS as well. read up on how to check/eliminate it. you may also have a serious air leak. which is very very dangerous.
yeah unplug the tors that might work or just get tors eliminator kit, clean carb and jets air mixture screw set to 1.5 to 2.5 out on then adjust tors if that dont work make sure it is not at your thumb adjustment sometimes those vibrate loose a bit . just some thoughts
