96 blaster bogs after new top end!!! HELP!

I got a 96 blaster I just bought with no compression. I put a new top end with jug, plug, reeds, intake boot, cleaned carb, fresh gas and its still bogging.

It had a 240 big bore kit, with a 260 main jet. I went back stock with a 66mm top end and jug. Please help. Its smoking bad and will not rev like its supposed to.

Any help will work!

First thing to do without discussing anything else is to leak test it.
