Just picked up a 1992 Blaster...and I got no spark. It seems to have compression. Read through some of the forum, regarding wiring (black to black etc.), checked everything and can't seem to get spark. Plug is new, new gas, and engine turns over but no fire. I'm new to this and excited about the new Blaster. Can you all help me out?

Hi Brian, have you did a check on the coil? Do you have power to it? There is a resistance test you can do on the coil to check to see if it is good or not. That would be a good place to start... If you have power, and the coil is good... Then you may have a bad plug boot (semi common problem).
Hey thanks for the reply...I do have continuity in the coil, however, how do I do the "resistance" test?
