I was just wonderin if 400ex front shocks would fit on a blaster, and if so how much of an improvement ( if any ) would they be over stock. I know a lot of you guys switch to the 400ex shock for the rear and its a big improvement, but I have never heard anything about the fronts. Any info or feedback would be cool, thanks !

I know mjgnslngr runs 400ex fronts. Haven't head him say anything about them but I DO know that they require long travel Arms
i run 400ex shocks on my blaster, both front And rear. they will Not fit without a diamond j shock relocation set up or +3 long travel a arms. the stock blaster shock is 14 1/4, 400 ex shocks are 16. it may not sound like alot only 1 3/4 but, they Won't fit. theyre ALOT better than a blaster or banshee shock. softer than a yfz450 shock. obviously theyre Not a set of Works but they are a great upgrade! hope this helps.I:I
I'm running LTZ400 front shocks (same length as 400ex but stiffer springs) currently. Obviously, as mjgnslngr said, they won't fit without modifications but they are MUCH better than stock blaster springs.
Cool thanks for the help guys, what would be my cheapest option to make these fronts fit and roughly how much would it run me ? ( not including the price of the shocks )
