I think you need to buy them separately but it will probably come with one already in it?

my 28mm came with one other pilot and one other main.. i went on to jetsrus.com and bought a few other ones for tuning

my 30mm oko only can with the jets that were in it.it had a 138 main and a 48 pilot i think.it does fit into the intake side but you gotta work it into the airbox boot.i took my back fenders off to get the carb into it then put it back it with it already mount to the boot
