There is a little bit of work needed to be able to fit that carb on your quad. First, that carburetor doesn't have a nipple for oil injection. Not a huge deal fi yours is blocked off....but your siggy doesn't say.
The "engine" side of that carb will fit straight into the stock intake manifold but the float bowl on that OKO30mm is larger than the stock carburetor so it will hit the clutch actuator arm unless you get a reed spacer (3/8" thickness is fine BTW).
The air filter side of that carb is larger than the stock inlet side. You either have to cut the "elephant trunk" airbox off a few inches back and clamp a piece of PVC inline to make the transition or get an aftermarket airbox.
To answer your question, a stock mikuni VM26 is a bit choking even on a stockish blaster. After a good pipe and airbow lid off, an upgraded carburetor is the next step to unleashing the beast.
If all of those various steps to putting that carburetor on your quad don't seem too daunting then yes, that's a good carb.
