What is the general opinion on 2inc rear wheel spacers? Is it worth while? I run 9inch rims and 20 or 22 inch tyres. A pair have come up for sale and they seem like a good idea. I do a lot of trails and find I need more clearance for obsticals etc...

I love spacers because they give better handeling and mine have not given me anny problems. I have on 3'' on the back and on the front, so 2" aint such a biggi and you will still be able to go threw any trials as before.

Thanks Peeps :)

I'm a bit older and bigger than most blaster riders, so any extra track will be beneficial. I got some slighly bigger tyre ands hope thats going to make it a bit softer/taller.

And I recond my brakes after my first ride. I'm still on drums at the front but got rear hydro's working sweet now.

Also, Alot of people recommend spacers as a cheap alternative to an axel or wider A-arms, which is sensible. The ones I'm looking at are like an extra HUB witch bolts to the existing hab and has studs on the outer end. One's for sale on E-bay are just lenghtened studs? Whats the difference? Would it even be possible to get offset rims?

They sell off set rims, you can even flip yours
